I started my blog from the advice an acquaintance gave me in July of 2010 while I was staying on a private island off the coast of Vancouver Island, BC. After I told her I was interested in pursuing a career in the writing field the first thing she asked me was if I had a blog. After I told her no she told me that I should start one because it is 1- A great way to get yourself out there and out of your comfort zone (which worked) & 2- A great place where you can improve on your writing (which hopefully worked?). So you can blame her about all the rambles that will be posted here! Basically I am and will continue to document all the adventures I happen to stumble across during the next few years of my life. Living in a different province, seeing the country, graduating from high school and discovering the world for myself!
I will write about anything that seems important to me at that moment in life, whether it be inspirational quotes, a plot bunny that just hit me, new cities I discover, or well, sometimes just nonsense! But of course, it will be Meaningful Nonsense.
